This Tallow Face Cream is healing, hydrating and nourishing! Made with organically raised grass fed & finished beef tallow, along with Calendula and Yarrow infused olive oil for maximum skin healing benefit, this face cream provides wonderful moisture without being greasy and absorbs quickly.
Why use Tallow? Tallow, rendered from the fat of a cow, is extremely moisturizing and healing, and helps replenish skin's natural elasticity. It also doesn't leave a greasy feeling after it is applied because it absorbs quickly. High in vitamins A, D, K, E & B12, it naturally contains conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA) with anti-inflammatory properties, as well as oleic acid (omega 9) which aids other components in penetrating deep into the skin. Tallow also contains palmitic acid which helps improve the protective barrier function of skin, contains palmitoleic acid (omega 7) which is a basic building block for skin, and contains stearic acid which helps improve skin's flexibility and suppleness while repairing damaged skin.
